home > greasemonkey scripts > cancel transaction
Install

This script adds "cancel transaction" links to all the items on your "sold orders" and "view transaction" pages, and fills in the transaction ID box on the "report transaction" page for you.

installation and operation
  • Install Firefox and Greasemonkey if you haven't already got them. You'll need to restart Firefox after installing Greasemonkey.
  • Once Greasemonkey is installed and running, follow this link (or click on the orange "install" button above).
  • The "cancel transaction" script will be downloaded, and Greasemonkey will ask if you want to install it. Assuming you trust me, click "Install".
  • Log in to Etsy, and view a transaction, and there should be a link to cancel the transaction in the header.
  • Go to the sold orders page, and there should be a link to cancel each transaction.
  • Click on a "cancel" link, and the "report transaction" page will have the transaction ID already set, and the "I am a seller" option selected.
